ECWCA 2025 will take place on the third floor of Eastern Michigan University’s Student Center. The following information will help conference attendees plan their trip to Ypsilanti.

Hotel Information:

No hotels are officially designated for our conference. Attendees are encouraged to choose accommodations based on their preferences in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area. 

Campus Parking Information:

Conference attendees can park for free Thursday-Saturday in the Student Center Lot, which is directly north of the Student Center and can be accessed from Oakwood Drive. This lot is reserved for conference attendees only. A map of EMU's campus parking can be viewed here.

Meal Information:

For those attending the social event in the evening on Thursday, March 13, light appetizers will be served. On Friday, March 14, breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be served, and coffee/tea/water will be available throughout the day. On Saturday, March 15, breakfast will be served, and coffee/tea/water will be available all morning. Our menu has been carefully planned in consideration of several common dietary needs, such as gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian.
