Thank you for attending EWCA 2026! We’re delighted to accommodate you and your groups’ needs in any way that we can.

• All buildings being used are ADA compliant with ramps and an elevator.
• The gender-neutral bathroom is ADA compliant and open to all. 
• Free menstruation products will be in the gender-neutral bathroom.
• Needle disposal boxes will be in all the bathrooms.
• We have a dark, quiet sensory room equipped with weighted blankets, noise-cancelling headphones, and fidget toys.
• We have a private room for lactation and access to a refrigerator.
• All classrooms in use during the conference are outfitted with hearing assistance technology.
• While evening events during the conference will have food, we will provide a list of recommended restaurants in Crawfordsville.
• We are also aware that the conference dates fall during Ramadan and Lent. Therefore, we will have dietary options available to those who partake in Ramadan or Lent, as well as food boxes for those who are fasting.
• We also have dedicated Muslim prayer room.
