Welcome to Wabash College, one of the few remaining all-male colleges!

The mission of Wabash College is to educate men to think critically, act responsibly, lead effectively, and live humanely. The curriculum, student life, extra-curricular activities, and campus culture are built around instilling these values.

The Wabash students and community are guided by the Gentleman’s Rule—Wabash’s rule of conduct. It states, “The student is expected to conduct himself at all times, both on and off campus, as a gentleman and a responsible citizen.”

The Wabash student government is ranked the 3rd most active by the Princeton Review demonstrating how committed students are to fostering an active campus life. Students engage with a wide variety of clubs and organizations ranging from cultural organizations like the Malcolm X Institute of Black Studies (MXIBS), ’shOUT (LGBTQ+ advocacy), La Alianza, and the International Students Association to recreational clubs like the Pickleball Club, Soccer Club, Bowling Club, and Outdoor Club. Student organizations and fraternities routinely engage in the community and in philanthropic activities throughout the year and promote local businesses and culture.

Through a liberal arts education professors at Wabash invite students to share their perspectives through constructive discussions that build relationships and push students to pursue new ideas, cultures, and fields of knowledge.

Wabash also offers students opportunities to explore their passions, develop as leaders, and foster community and belonging through sports, clubs, and organizations on campus.

Wabash is located in Crawfordsville, Indiana, a small town in west central, Indiana. Crawfordsville was founded in 1823 and it is home to its own unique history which is commemorated in museums like the Carnegie Museum of Montgomery county, the General Lew Wallace Study and museum, the Rotary Jail Museum and Tannenbaum Cultural Center, and more. It is a rural town with traditional values, farming, and industry. Wabash is situated just blocks from the historic downtown and main street of Crawfordsville on 65 acres of wooded land.
